All our products are made to order. Here we explain when an order can be cancelled and the deposit refunded, and when fabrication begins.
All our marble and granite products are fabricated and made to order, to each customer's own measurements and design. We do not sell ready-made, standard pieces; every piece is cut specially after the slab type and the final design have been agreed.
We do not begin fabricating any order until the customer confirms their choice of marble slabs and the final design over WhatsApp. That WhatsApp confirmation is the official start of production.
Before the slabs and the final design are confirmed over WhatsApp, the customer may cancel the order at any time, and the deposit (the amount paid) is refunded in full with no deductions.
Once the slabs and the final design are confirmed over WhatsApp, cutting and fabrication of the marble to your measurements begins. At that point the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit cannot be refunded, because the piece has been customised for you and cannot be resold. This is in line with Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law, which excludes goods made to the customer's specifications from the right of cancellation.
If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, or an error in fabrication or installation occurs on our part, we will repair it or re-fabricate the piece at no additional cost to the customer.
Marble and granite are natural materials whose veining, colour and shading vary from one slab to another, and fine hairlines may appear. These are natural characteristics of the stone, not defects, and are not grounds for a return.
Where a refund is due, the amount is returned by the same method used for payment, within 7 to 14 business days.
